For pre-purchased items, please pick up at the Pre-Purchased Merchandise booth, located in TBD. Please present your QR Code to redeem your merchandise.
You will require an admission ticket to FAN EXPO Dallas to access these booths, for the day you plan to attend.
Note that all merchandise must be picked up in person at the event. We cannot ship merchandise, nor can we give refunds for merchandise that was not picked up, regardless of the reason.
