Refundable tickets are only available in advance of the event. Once your ticket bar code has been scanned and wristband redeemed your ticket is no longer refundable. You cannot upgrade a Non-Refundable ticket to a Refundable ticket. You will have up until Friday, October 27th to submit your refund request.
- Refund your ticket by submitting the following information to email@example.com:
- First and Last Name
- Email used for the ticket purchase
- Ticket confirmation number
- Allow up to 4 – 6 weeks for the refund.
